How Do You Find Tenants?
We conduct a robust online campaign by placing your property on the multiple listing service (MLS) and then syndicate the listing to hundreds of websites, including all the big ones like Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Trulia. We also place a “For Lease” sign at property to supplement the online efforts. We also work in conjunction with Balboa Real Estate’s statewide coverage of real estate professionals to locate prospective tenants.
How Are Tenants Screened?
We screen propsective tenants by reviewing their credit report, criminal background report, nationwide eviction search, and social security number validation. We also review their application to look for potential risks.
